A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±10% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -50°C~204°C. Temperatures of 204°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -50°C for reliability. In order for NTC thermistors to work properly, they must have their 2 pins connected.
