AOZ6275QI Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-WFQFN. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. 2:2 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. Unlike digital switches, these are based on DPDT switching circuits. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. This analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~4.3V to drain from a single voltage supply.
