AS7C31026B-15TCN Overview

This device uses takes advantage of the SRAM format. Featuring an extended operating temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications. The device is capable of handling a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended for this product. There is a note indicating that this memory chip operates at an 3.3V volt supply voltage. Each memory address is accessed by one of 1 ports on this chip. A minimum operating temperature of 0°C must be met by this device. Temperatures over 70°C°C are not recommended. If this part is to be used, the minimum supply voltage should not be less than 3V volts. The operating voltage of the memory ics shall not exceed 3.6V.
