There is 1Mb 64K x 16 of memory on the chip. This device utilizes a SRAM format memory which is of mainstream design. Due to its wide operating temperature range, this device can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications. The supply voltage can be up to 4.5V~5.5V. The recommended mounting type for this device is Surface Mount. A 44-pin package containing this memory device is used to house this device. It is noted that the operating supply voltage of this memory is 5V. Using 1 ports, a single memory address can be read and/or written. The minimum operating temperature of this device must not be less than -40°C. As a general rule, memory ics is recommended that the product be operated at temperatures no higher than 85°Cc, otherwise, damage could be done to it. Ideally, this part should be supplied with a voltage of at least 4.5V. Its operating voltage shall not exceed 5.5V.
