This package was designed with Tape & Reel (TR)in mind.16-WFQFN Exposed Padcases are included with the part.The part should be mounted by Surface Mount.There is a capability for the device to provide 0V~5.5V volts.This device operates at a temperature of -30°C~85°C TA.If the voltage is applied to the load at the rate of [0], the load will be affected.Drivers controllers is recommended to keep the part output current at 700mA.
