AK93C55CUA Overview
There is a Non-Volatile memory type associated with this device. It comes in a Bulk. It is estimated that the memory size on the chip is 2Kb 128 x 16. This device uses takes advantage of the EEPROM format. -40°C~85°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. With 1.5V~5.5V as the supply voltage, it is capable of handling memory ics. A clock frequency rotation within 4MHz is used for the ic memory chip to rotate data.
