AK93C45CT Overview
Non-Volatile is the type of memory it has. It is available in a case with a Tape & Reel (TR) shape. As you can see, it is embedded in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.110, 2.80mm Width) case. There is an 1Kb 64 x 16 memory capacity on the chip. The device uses a mainstream EEPROM-format memory. With an extended designed operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA, this device is capable of lots of demanding applications. The supply voltage can be up to 1.5V~5.5V. There is a recommendation that Surface Mount mounting type should be used for this product. In order to operate effectively, the memory rotates at a clock frequency within a range of 4MHz. Temperatures below -40°C should not be used with this memory ics. The temperature should not exceed 85°C degrees Celsius. Data is processed by this memory ics at a frequency of 4MHz.
