AK4637EN Overview
Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This package uses the Cut Tape (CT) packaging method. It can perform highly efficiently in various applications since it is a type of Audio. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance at -40°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. Integrated ADCs / DACs are available in 1 / 1. 2.8V~3.5V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. 1.6V~1.98V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. It is set with a maximum value of 85°C to maintain normal operation. The minimum operating temperature is set to -40°C in order to maintain normal operation.
