AK1547 Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.7V~5.5V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C.
