PDB-C206 Overview
In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into PCB Mount packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 100V over a continuous period of time. A continuous voltage of 100V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 10nA current.
