ALD4213PCL Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. A SPST - NO/NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 4 circuits in this multiplexer. There is 135Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 12V should not normally be supplied to the switches. 3V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. If put voltage greater than 6V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches. Suppliers offer a 16-PDIP package.
