Featuring an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TC, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 2.5V~3.6V. It is recommended to mount it in the Surface Mount mounting type. The chip has 8 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. There is a requirement for 3V to be supplied to this ic memory chip in order to operate. During the rotation of the clock, the ic memory chip is set as 104MHz. By integrating with the SPI-type serial bus, this memory transmits data to the processor. To alter the state of certain nonvolatile memory arrays, 2.7V programming voltage is required.
