AT25DF161-SH-T Overview
Non-Volatile is the type of memory it has. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case available. 8-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) case encloses it. The chip has an 16Mb 2M x 8 memory. There is a mainstream memory format used by this device, which is called FLASH-format memory. Due to its extended operating temperature range, the device is well suited for a wide range of demanding applications. A voltage of 2.7V~3.6V can be supplied to memory ics. It is important to note that the memory has a clock frequency rotation within the range of 100MHz. It is encased in an 8-pin package that contains this ic memory chip. A SPI-type serial bus is used to carry and transfer data to the CPU through this memory. The programming voltage required for certain nonvolatile memory arrays is 3V.
