There is a 5V power supply that is required to operate it. It usually uses a 41MHz crystal. For its architecture, 1232 CLB modules are used. During the construction of the building block, there are 1232 logic cells used. For this FPGA to function properly, the supply voltage must be greater than 4.5V.
