ABNTC-0402-153J-3450F-T Overview
NTC thermistors are packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). The 0402 (1005 Metric) package contains it for your convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -55°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors can be operated at a minimum temperature of -55°C. As a result, the NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 100mW. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power. If the thermistors are operated at 250μA, the fuse element will not deteriorate too much.
