S-8365ABBAA-M6T1U2 Overview
It comes in a SOT-23-6 package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 1.8V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA.
