It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 100kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 0.9V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.2V. The output current of 300mA Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 10V. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 2.2V volts.
