S-80939CLPF-G69TFU Overview

In total, the power management has 4 pins in it. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating. A PMIC from the well-known S-809xxC series of products is being offered here.
