S-80820CLPF-B6GTFU Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to power management for 4-SMD, Flat Leads functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The IC power comes from the well-known S-808xxC series.
