S-80160BNPF-JHLTFG Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 6.5V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The total number of pins on this power management is 4. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known S-801 series of products.
