S-80157BNPF-JHITFU Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. The IC power comes from the well-known S-801 series.
