S-80153BLMC-JFET2U Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. When 6.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The IC power comes from the well-known S-801 series.
