S-80150ANPF-JDBTFU Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. IC management is packaged as a 4-SMD, Flat Leads package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. A supply voltage of 6.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. Supervisors from the well-known S-801 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
