S-80147BNPF-JG8TFG Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. IC management is packaged as a 4-SMD, Flat Leads package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 6.5V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. The IC power comes from the well-known S-801 series.
