S-80132BNMC-JGRT2G Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supervisors from the well-known S-801 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
