S-80130BNMC-JGPT2G Overview

It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Voltage Detector line. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. When 4.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
