S-80130ALPF-JAPTFG Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. When 4.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-801 series product line.
