This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. When a supply voltage of 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous S-1004 series product line.
