A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.2V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
