YW80L188EB16 Overview

High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. CPUs operate at 16MHz Hz. For functions of 80 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Temperatures above 70°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. 16MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. There is 3V voltage at the CPU core. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5V. 2.7V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor.
