SFH401-3 Description

SFH401-3 is a GaAs Infrared Emitter. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -40 and +100℃. And the regulator SFH401-3 in the TO-18 package with 470mW Power Dissipation. The SFH401-3 can be applied in Photointerrupters, IR remote control of various equipment, Sensor technology, and Light-grille barrier applications.
