EPF6016TI144-3N Overview
In the package 144-LQFP, this product is provided. This kind of FPGA is composed of LOADABLE PLD. A total of 117 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V and uses a battery to supply power. There are many types of FPGAs in the FLEX 6000 series, this is one of them. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. Using the Tray layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. 144 terminations are present in total. EPF6016 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. The FPGA is built as an array of 132 latches or CLBs. There are 16000 gates in its basic building block. It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 133MHz in order to do its work. There are a total of 4 dedicated inputs that allow input signals to be detected the status of each input.
