EPF10K250EBC600-1 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 600-BGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of LOADABLE PLD elements. Having 470 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 2.5V volts is required. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. It is a type of FPGA that belongs to the FLEX-10KE? series of FPGAs. A total of 470 outputs are incorporated into this device. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tray. 600 terminations are present in total. Powered by a 2.52.5/3.3V power supply, it can be operated by almost anyone. For the building block, it encompasses 12160 logic cells that make up the logic circuit. There are 4 dedicated inputs that can be used to detect the status of the input signals in the system. For this FPGA, the supply voltage should be greater than 2.3V. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C °C should be observed when running the equipment.
