AS1313-BTDM-33 Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There is a 8-UFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 150mA output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 3.3V volts.
