AS1313-BTDM-33 Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There is a 8-UFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 150mA output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V.
