DDR3 is rated at 1.5V and DDR3L usually at 1.35V (although it can also be operated at 1.5V and 1.25V). CPU-Z detects it as DDR3 because it's the same standard, only difference is the operating voltage. DDR3L is the low power and more compact version of DDR3, designed especially for laptops and other portable equipment.Feb 18, 2017
