The Arduino Due has more processing power then the M0+. The Arduino Mega 2560 is still used, because there are many libraries and shields that are compatible with the Arduino Mega 2560. Both Mega and Uno have a clock speed of 16MHz but the memory and storage space is different. Mega has a flash memory of 256kB while that of Uno is 32kB. If the code is large, it is better to go with Mega due to the memory. Static Random Access Memory is used in Arduino systems.
