If you want to use your keyboard to change the case on some text, select the text and then press Alt+H to activate the Home tab. Then press \u201c7\u201d and then choose an option, such as \u201cS\u201d for Sentence case, \u201cl\u201d (a lowercase L) for lowercase, \u201cU\u201d for UPPERCASE, \u201cC\u201d for Capitalize Each Word, or \u201ct\u201d for tOGGLE cASE.
