USB is not a storage type, it's just a way of transferring it. ... However, it depends on the SD card and on the USB stick. SD cards havd classes from 2 to 10, 2 being the slowest and 10 the fastest. There is also SSD storage (not to confuse with SD) which is faster than Flash.
