Is there a difference between RCA audio and video cables?

In most cases there is really no difference between the cables as the only difference is the signal that they actually carry. A good example of this is the RCA cable. The RCA cable is typically composed of 3 cables that would carry 1 for video and 2 for audio (left and right channels).Jul 27, 2011
