Gentle squeeze the right side of the casing and gently wiggle the case to release the Raspberry Pi and the top casing (which could be your speaker!) If you're left-handed, simply spin the Computer Kit round, so the ethernet and USB ports are on the right side and gently squeeze the left side of the case.
