What is the difference between a current balun and a voltage balun?

Basically, a voltage balun is designed to drive the output with equal and opposite voltages, regardless of any difference in impedance between the loads connected to each post. A current balun is designed to drive the output with equal and opposite currents.Oct 1, 2013
