What is the value of 23 \u2218 C on the Fahrenheit scale?

But, to make things clear, 0C is the freezing point of water (32F). So, -23C is 23 degrees Celsius colder than the freezing point (or 41 degrees Fahrenheit colder than the freezing point.) I'd say it's a cold temperature \u2014 compared to temperatures that we humans typically enjoy.
