Can you use vinegar to clean battery terminals?

Baking soda and vinegar are excellent for cleaning battery terminals. Remove the negative cable from the battery and then remove the positive cable. Wipe any thick grease off with a clean rag. Place a mixture of baking soda and white vinegar around the terminal post and let it fizzle up.Dec 11, 2019
