LP3985IM5-3.3/NOPB Description


LP3985IM5-3.3/NOPB is a type of low-noise ultra-low-dropout CMOS voltage regulator specifically designed for portable and wireless applications where demanding performance and space are essentially required. It can be used for battery-powered systems to ensure ultra-low noise, extremely low dropout voltage, and low quiescent current. The battery life can be prolonged since the regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout. The output noise can be reduced without slowing down the load transient response based on an optional external bypass capacitor.
