MAX40100ANT+ Amplifier

Maxim's MAX40100ANT+ is a precision, low-power, zero-drift operational amplifier (op amp) available in a space saving 6-bump wafer-level package (WLP). This op amp is designed for use in portable consumer, medical, and industrial applications. The MAX40100ANT+ features rail-to-rail CMOS inputs and outputs, a 1.5 MHz gain-bandwidth (GBW) at just 66 µA supply current, and 10 µV (max) “zero-drift” input voltage offset over time and temperature. The zero-drift feature of the MAX40100ANT+ reduces the high 1/f noise typically found in CMOS input operational amplifiers, making it useful for a wide variety of low-frequency measurement applications. The MAX40100ANT+ is available in a small 1.1 mm x 0.76 mm, 6-bump WLP with 0.35 mm bump pitch. It is specified over the -40°C to 125°C extended automotive operating temperature range. These characteristics make the MAX40100ANT+ op amp useful as instrumentation amplifiers in low-voltage, battery-powered systems.
