How do I download a serial driver to my USB?

Instructions (USB - 1x Serial port adapter):
Locate the download (usually in a Download folder) then unzip USB_serial_win.zip. Open Device Manager -> locate the adapter -> double click it -> select Install driver from disk and when prompted, select the correct driver for your Operating System from the extracted folder.
